About The Courses

The Food and Beverages Product Program is implemented where students learn theory and practice during training and on the job training. F & B Product provides the knowledge and skills taught to work as professionals in the hospitality industry with the position of Kitchen / Galley Steward, Asst Cook, Asst Pastry, and Commis. The training materials include Introduction to Hospitality, Kitchen Operation, Pastry & Bakery, Kitchen Additional knowledge, Cruise Line knowledge and others that will be taught directly through theory and practice by star hotel chefs and cruise ships.
