The Food and Beverages Service program is implemented where students learn theory and practice during training and on the job training. F & B Service provides the knowledge and skills taught to work as professionals in the hospitality industry with the position of Assistant Waiter / Waitress, Waiter / Waitress and Bartender / Barista. Knowledge of Introduction to Hospitality, Operation Bar, Restaurant Operation, Customer Service, Cruise Line Knowledge and others will be taught in theory and practice directly in the classroom as well as on the job training.
